When using sub-accounts it seems that it is not possible to enable advanced options on the device page. Even if the option is enabled on the parent account and the sub account, the page is not showing any additional options.
I was running version 9 
Installing version 10 now!
Did that solve it? With 9, the device configuration feature isn’t available.
